Chiropractic: Chiropractors believe that misalignments in the spine can interfere with the body's nervous system and overall health. Chiropractic primarily utilizes manual adjustments and manipulations to correct misalignments in the spine and other joints. These adjustments aim to improve joint function, reduce pain, and enhance the body's ability to heal itself.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy takes a broader approach, focusing on rehabilitation and restoring movement and function in patients with injuries, disabilities, or chronic conditions. Physiotherapists use various techniques such as exercise therapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and education to help patients regain mobility and manage pain. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual needs of each patient and may include a combination of these approaches. While X-rays are not mandatory for new patients, you're welcome to bring any existing ones you have. Our chiropractors conduct comprehensive physical exams and delve into detailed medical histories to pinpoint any potential issues. If our assessments indicate a need for further investigation, such as X-rays or MRIs, we'll recommend them to ensure a thorough evaluation and safe personalized treatment approach.
