I have been having lower back pain for the longest time, making it difficult for me to walk or stand for long hours. I also had the start of frozen shoulders which affected my daily routines.
I started attending regular chiro + physio sessions since end July. During which, i was taught stretching & strengthtening excercises which i incorporated into my daily routine.
The excercises helped me gain back my mobility & i am able to function better. Plus the infrared & shockwave therapy helped with my pain relief.
I am truly grateful to the team at Kiroflex Chiropractic & Physiotherapy for their care & dedication.
